Concern:
Always hot upstairs and the AC always runs.
Cause:
The insulation in the attic is inadequate and the attic stairs are allowing hot and humid air into the home.
Correction:
After we completed the attic insulation removal, air seal and sanitize. We prepped the attic for spray foam insulation. Once we completed the spray foam insulation in the attic, the attic measured 79F at 2pm in April, much cooler than the nearly 128F we measured a week earlier. Happy Customer!
