A customer called us on older build and asked us for an inspection of a garage walls. They were complaining about the bedroom that is up against a garage is always warm. Upon inspection we discovered that the wall did not contain insulation. The home was fairly newish, built only 5 years ago. We are not sure how this passed inspection and this is extremely rare.
