We were called to inspect a home that had higher than normal electric bills. The summer electric bill was running about $550 a month and the HVAC was always running. Upon inspection we discovered the insulation to be low, and we also found all the knee wall insulation to be failed.

Correction:
We arrived to the home, removed all the old and failed knee wall insulation. We replaced the knee wall insulation with new Owen Corning EcoTouch R15 Batt. Once the new insulation batting was installed, we added another 10″ of Owens Corning ProPinkL77a to the entire home. We also sealed up 2 AC ducts that were leaking with premium mastic duct sealant at no cost.
