Almost impossible and we did it. Last week we had a customer that wanted to install attic insulation in their flat roof. Their home was built in 1959 and zero attic access. This was a CHALLENGE and I do not say that lightly. This was the process to installed attic insulation in 100% of the attic.
- Removed all soffit from the home.
- Removed over 40 soffit blocks from around the home on the north and south sides.
- On both sides of the home, we blew in attic insulation to 40 bay, 20 bays on each side.
The results were outstanding, the customer mentioned the home stays at a stable temperature and it much quieter too.

Concern: Hot in the summer, cold in the winter.
Cause: No attic insulation since 1959.
