A homeowner called us this week which a massive problem. The homeowner had rodents inside the attic for several weeks and decided to throw in mothballs in the attic. The mothballs did not deter the rodents and were extremely nauseating.
We ended up removing all the attic insulation and mothballs with our vacuums. All the insulation was taken to the landfill.
For the attic sanitization, we had to spray in 2 treatments of DSV to get the attic fresh and clean. Before we re-installed the attic insulation the next week, we opted to re-sanitized the attic with DSV for extra measure.
