A homeowner called us a few weeks ago on a new home they purchased in Clermont Florida. The rooms were a little cold in the winter, and very warm in the now summer heat that is upon us. We did an inspection before we before we added any insulation to the attic. The customers attic only had 5″ of insulation, where the minimum should be 10.5″ or Owens Corning ProPink L77a
