We had a customer who wanted a cooler garage and the customer also mentioned that their enclosed lanai was getting very warm throughout the day. In the Lanai, the customer had in installed mini-split and energy efficient windows in the lanai.
Upon inspection we discovered that they customer did not have insulation installed in the lanai or the garage. We inspected all the ducts work and the duct work was less than 2 years old with no leaks.

We installed Owens Corning ProPink to an R30 level in the garage and R38 in the Lanai. Adding this value of insulation will help the garage and lanai stay cooler.
