Attic air sealing is as important, if not more important that adding more insulation to your home. The purpose of attic air sealing is to not allow hot dirty attic air into the wall, thus into your home’s conditioned air. When we air seal your home, we first have to remove all your old attic insulation, sanitize the attic and then air seal all the top plates, holes and access points into your home from the attic.
Not having all your homes’ duct boots, top plates and holes will add up to an inefficient home. Air sealing your attic will help with the comfort and health of your home for you and your family.
